PUB2002: Submit Button Text Does Not Rotate with Text Box (285376)

The following behavior can occur when you use Microsoft Publisher 2002 to create a publication that uses a Submit button (selected from the Form Controls list) in a text box. When you rotate the text box with the Measurement tool, the Submit button text does not rotate.
CAUSE
Form controls do not have rotation handles and are not intended to be rotated. Form controls also cannot be rotated with the Measurement tool if they are placed independently on the page, and not in a text box.

Do not include form controls such as the Submit button in a rotated text box or other rotated object. Form controls are not meant to be rotated.
