Msinfo32.exe Causes Userenv Event ID 1000 in Windows 2000 (285192)

SYMPTOMS

Userenv event ID 1000 may be logged in the Application log if you run Msinfo32.exe or Winmsd.exe, save the system information to a file, and then log off. The text of event ID 1000 is:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195))
This error prevents the user profile from unloading and saving the settings.

RESOLUTION
