Msinfo32.exe Causes Userenv Event ID 1000 in Windows 2000 (285192)

if you run Msinfo32.exe or Winmsd.exe, save the system information to a file,
and then log off. The text of event ID 1000 is: Windows
cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings
are not replicated. Contact your administrator. DETAIL - Access is denied.
