BUG: TLS doesn't clean up SQL db connections when exiting (285171)

TLS (Transaction Layer Services) does not clean up SQL database connections when it exits

SYMPTOMS
IWA (ICSA Web Administration) refuses to let new users to log-in when TLS maximum database session connection limit has been reached.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by a bug in IWA. Because IWA doesn't tell TLS to close the database connection when IWA exits, connections stack up until TLS runs out of them.
RESOLUTION
There is a hotfix available for this problem. Contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) at nearest Microsoft Mobile Solution Centre for instructions how to download and install the hotfix for ICSA 3.5 Server.
WORKAROUND
Restart TLS Services from Control Panel services.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in ICSA 3.5 Server. MORE INFORMATION
This is not an issue in ICSA 2000 Server.
