Outlook Web Access Cannot Display Turkish Characters (285166)

SYMPTOMS

When you connect to Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Internet Explorer 5.01, Turkish characters are not displayed. Boxes are displayed where the Turkish character should be.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Internet Explorer 5.01 Service Pack (SP1). To obtain Internet Explorer 5.01 SP1, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem has been resolved in Internet Explorer 5.01 SP1.
