receive the following error message: An ActiveX control
on this page is not safe. Your current security settings prohibit running
unsafe controls on this page. As a result, this page may not be display as
intended. CAUSE This behavior can occur if you are running Microsoft
Windows NT 4.0 and you do not have Windows NT 4.0 Service pack 6.0a or later
installed on your computer. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, download and install Windows NT 4.0
Service Pack 6a.
