Cannot Connect to the Enterprise Administration Console (284835)

On an Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server-based computer, you cannot connect to the Enterprise Administration console.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because you do not have administrator rights.

ISA Server needs to open, and then create the shared memory object in Read Write permissions, even if the object already exists. Because the Cscript.exe program is running in the user account, ISA Server cannot create the shared memory object and an error message is displayed.
