SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 Macintosh Edition to delete an existing subscription, and you are using Microsoft Office Server Extensions 4.0.2.2717 or later, the Delete button does not seem to do anything.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, delete the subscription by using a computer that is running a version of Microsoft Windows.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
