SYMPTOMS

If you add more than 116 Contacts folders with the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book option enabled in a personal folders (.pst) file on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 98, the Address Book appears empty under the Show names from the list the next time that you open Outlook.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, limit the number of Contacts folders that you configure as Outlook Address Books to a maximum of 116.
