OL2002: Cannot Copy, Drag and Drop, or Print Members in a Distribution List (284421)

SYMPTOMS

You cannot copy or drag and drop individual members of a distribution list from your address book to a message. In addition, you cannot print the members of a distribution list that are contained in the Global Address List on your Microsoft Exchange Server.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, select and copy individual members of a distribution list in the Meeting Planner or the Scheduling tab of an appointment item.

You can print the members of a personal distribution list that are stored in your contacts. To do this, double-click the distribution list, and then click Print from the File menu.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
