OL2002: Opening Relocated Primary Personal Folders File Requires Second Restart of Outlook (284415)

When you move a primary Personal Information Store (PST) file while Outlook is closed, Outlook reports that it cannot locate the file even though you specify the new location. You must restart Outlook twice before you can gain access to the relocated file.
