OL2002: Preview Pane Does Not Show Changes After You Edit an RTF Message (284413)

SYMPTOMS

After you receive a message, edit the body of the message, and then save the message, the Preview Pane may not display the changes that you made. This happens with a message that is in Rich Text Format (RTF).

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, after you save the message, click another message in your Inbox, and then click the edited message. The Preview Pane displays your changes.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
