SYMPTOMS

When you create an appointment that includes Russian text in the body, and then print the appointment on a Tektronix Phaser 780 printer, the Russian text appears as dots.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because of the Adobe PostScript driver.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, obtain the latest Adobe PostScript driver for the Tektronix Phaser 780 printer.
