OL2002: Your Outlook Today Customizations Are Incorrect After You Upgrade to Outlook 2002 (284387)

SYMPTOMS

When you customize Outlook Today, it displays "Standard" as the current style. However, the style actually appears as customized with the "Summer" or other custom style.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you customized the Outlook Today style before you upgraded to Outlook 2002.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, re-establish the style of your choice. To do this:
  1. Open Outlook Today.
  2. Click Customize Outlook Today.
  3. Click the style of your choice from the list.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
