OL2002: After Using Headers to Download Message, Cannot Move Message to Another Folder (284347)

When you use headers to download a message, and you then attempt to drag the message into another folder, the attempt does not succeed. The following error message appears:
"This task cannot be performed for message headers. Download the complete messages, and then complete the task."
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Outlook treats the downloaded message as a header until you move the focus away from the message and then back to it.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, either open the message or switch the focus to another item and then switch it back to the message, before you try to drag the message to another folder.
