SYMPTOMS

After you create an administrative installation share point for Microsoft Office XP, and you then instruct users to install Office XP by using the Run from Network installation option, Outlook 2002 Form files (.cfg and .ico) may be installed locally on client computers instead of remaining on the server. After installation, you can find these files on local computers in the \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Forms\1033 folder.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design. This folder is available on local computers so that third-party programs have a single location for their .cfg files.
