OL2002: Cannot Import Hotmail Account Settings from Outlook Express 5 to Outlook 2002 (284316)

When you create a Hotmail account in Microsoft Outlook Express 5, and you then try to import the information to Microsoft Outlook 2002, Outlook Express is not listed.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because you cannot import Hotmail account information from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, manually set up a Hotmail account in Outlook 2002.
