SYMPTOMS

When you insert an OLE object (for example, a picture) into a message and you then send the message to someone, Outlook may not send the picture with the message.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the recipient's e-mail system does not support OLE.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
