Cannot Dismount Multiple Items Using Removable Storage Management (284197)

When you use a multiple-drive changer to manage media in Removable Storage Management, the computer can mount multiple media instances simultaneously. However, when you attempt to dismount the same mounted drives or mounted media instances all at the same time, the Dismount option is unavailable, even though this option is available when you attempt to dismount these items individually.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Removable Storage Management cannot dismount more then one drive or media instance at a time.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, dismount each drive or media instance individually.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
