Business Desk Error in Reference Tables When You Save Changes After Entries Are Removed (284174)

If you attempt to save Reference Tables before you return to the Business Desk main menu, the following error may occur after you remove any newly saved entries:

CAUSE
The XML record for the new item does not include an i_creative_size_id value. The DeleteContentSize procedure relies on the i_creative_size_id value to delete the item.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, open the Business Desk main menu, reopen the Reference Tables, and then delete either the Content Sizes, Industry Codes, or Groups. The changes can then be saved without any error messages.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Commerce Server 2000.
