SYMPTOMS

When you drag a file attachment from a Microsoft Outlook e-mail message to a folder inside a FrontPage web, the attachment is not copied into the folder. There is no indication that the action failed.

WORKAROUND

To copy an attachment from an Outlook e-mail message to a folder in a FrontPage web, first drag the attachment to the Windows desktop. Then you can drag the attachment to a folder in the FrontPage web.
