SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to save a .jpg image to an Iomega 100 external Zip disk in any of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may receive the following error message:
Picture It! has caused an error in module Lfcmp11n.dll.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if an S3 Virge video adapter is installed in the computer and the video driver is outdated.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest video driver for your video adapter.

To obtain the latest driver for your video adapter, visit the following Diamond Multimedia Web site: If the latest video driver is already installed, try to configure the hardware acceleration for your video adapter:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click System.
  3. On the Performance tab, click Graphics.
  4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None.
  5. Click OK, and then click Close.
  6. Click Yes, to restart the computer.
