Cannot Delete or Rename Favorites Folder in "Organize Favorites" Dialog Box (283029)

SYMPTOMS

If you click the Favorites folder in the Organize Favorites dialog box in Windows Media Player 7 for Mac, the Rename and Delete buttons are available, but you cannot rename or delete the Favorites folder.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

To maintain the functionality of the Favorites menu, it is not possible to rename or delete the Favorites folder. However, you can rename any of the other folders in the dialog box, that you created to store and organize favorites.
