Recurring Tasks That Are Marked Complete Never Reoccur (282963)

When you use a mobile device with Mobile Information Server, if you mark a recurring task as Complete, the entire series is deleted. When you use Microsoft Outlook, the task reappears on the task list at the next designated recurrence; however, when you use Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access, the task is marked as Done and does not recur.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because Outlook Mobile Access cannot determine that the task is recurring and treats all tasks as single one-time tasks.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, do not mark recurring tasks as Complete when you use Outlook Mobile Access.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Mobile Information Server 2001.
