Unable to Use Tab Key to Navigate Through Major Feature Buttons in Windows Media Player (282952)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows Media Player Full Mode view, if you click one of the major feature buttons, such as Media Library or CD Audio, you are unable to tab through the remaining feature buttons by using the TAB key.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, you can click the feature of your choice. Or, on the View menu, point to Taskbar to view a submenu that lists all of the major features. You can then use the UP ARROW key or the DOWN ARROW key to select features.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
