If you already installed the latest video driver for your video adapter, you may be able to work around this issue by using the following methods.

Reduce Graphics Hardware Acceleration

To reduce the graphics hardware acceleration:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click System.
3. On the Performance tab, click Graphics.
4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to None.
5. Click OK, and then click Close.
6. Click Yes to restart the system.

Reduce Screen Resolution and Colors

To reduce the screen resolution and colors:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Display.
3. On the Settings tab, move the Screen Area slider to 640 by 480 pixels.
4. Under Colors, click 256 Colors.
5. Click OK, and then restart the computer.
