ARTX Driver Is Displayed in Device Manager Twice After You Upgrade to Windows XP (282481)

SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade to Microsoft Windows XP, the ARTX video driver may be displayed twice in Device Manager.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because there are two devices for this adapter in the computer. One device is the high resolution device, and the other is the Video Graphics Adapter (VGA) device.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
