An SMTP Domain Cannot Implement an SMTP Service That Exceeds 80 KB (282433)

When you try to implement a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) service that is larger than 80 kilobytes (KB) in a local SMTP domain, you cannot do so. This behavior occurs in a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server domain.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the SMTP service has a strict limit of 80 KB in domains.
