SYMPTOMS

After you migrate public folders from Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange 2000 Server, if you attempt to add, delete, or modify client permissions on a public folder, error c1031903 may occur and the following error message may be displayed:
One or more users are already specified

RESOLUTION
