XCCC: Error Message: The Requested Conferencing Resources Are Overbooked (282105)

When you successfully book a conference meeting resource that is not H.323-enabled, and then change the resource to one that is H.323-enabled, you may receive the following error message:
The Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server was not able to process your meeting because the requested conferencing resources are overbooked.

CAUSE
When you use the Conference Management Service (CMS), you are not able to switch from dissimilar conference resource mailbox configurations.
MORE INFORMATION
If you need to provide H.323 fallback, you must create a new conference that includes the data conferencing provider and the video conferencing provider with the H.323 fallback option enabled.
