Adding Dependency for Resource with Cluster.exe May Generate Error 5007 (281796)

When you attempt to add a dependency for a resource by using the Cluster.exe command-line utility, you may receive the following error message:
System error 5007 has occurred (0x0000138f).
The cluster resource could not be found.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you add a space at the end of the name for the resource for which you are setting the dependency. This will also happen if you misspell the name.
For example:
cluster . res "ClusterFS" /AddDep:"Disk Q: "
cluster . res "ClusterFS" /AddDep:"Dsik Q:"
RESOLUTION
Anything within the quotation marks is considered part of the exact resource name. Remove the space at the end of the resource or verify the exact resource name under the Name field.
