SUMMARY

When you access your mailbox through Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access, you can access the following folders through the main menu: Mobile Inbox, Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks.

To view the other folders in your mailbox:
  1. Click the Mobile Inbox folder or the Inbox folder. A message view of the selected folder is displayed.
  2. Scroll up to the folder name at the top. A Nav soft key is displayed.
  3. Click Parent Folder to view all of the folders in your Inbox.
