SYMPTOMS

The following items in Control Panel do not display the Run as command when you hold down the SHIFT key, and right-click the tool:
  • Administrative Tools
  • Fonts
  • Network Connections
  • Printers and Faxes
  • Scanners and Cameras
  • Scheduled Tasks
  • Taskbar and Start Menu
