The Remove Programs Tool May Not Run (281545)

You may not be able to run the Remove Programs tool in Control Panel on a Handheld PC (H/PC) 2000 if you quit the tool in the middle of an operation the last time you used it.
CAUSE
The process of uninstalling programs with the Remove Programs tool is not displayed on the screen. Therefore, you may have unknowingly quit the tool while it was still in process if the program you were removing was very large.
RESOLUTION
When you remove a program, allow sufficient time for the Remove Programs tool to finish. If you cannot run the Remove Programs tool, reset your H/PC to allow the tool to work again.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
