When your computer tries to access a parallel port Iomega Zip drive, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:

ATTEMPTED_SWITCH_FROM_DPC address 0xf729a248 in ppa.sys
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because there is a problem in the Ppa.sys and Ppa3.sys files.
