SYMPTOMS

When you play a multiplayer game of Microsoft Links 2001, you may not be able to send a voice chat message to another player.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if ICQ chat software is running in the background.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, quit ICQ completely.
