Under certain conditions, Winlogon may leak registry handles to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows\CURRENTVERSION\Explorer\User Shell Folders
If this occurs, roaming profiles may not unload properly.
