ENT2001: The Palm Conduit Does Not Synchronize Archived Items (281261)

If you use the Archive feature on a Palm Handheld device to preserve items such as completed tasks, deleted notes, and past appointments, these items are not included when you use the HotSync Manager with Entourage.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Entourage conduit does not recognize the archive setting of the deleted items on the Palm device.
