ENT2001: IMAP Folders with Non-text Characters Are Not Displayed (281211)

When you try to view a folder on an Internet Messaging Access Protocol (IMAP) server, the folder is not displayed in your Entourage Folder List.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because you created the folder with a different IMAP client by using a forward slash (/) in its name. A similar behavior may occur with other non-text characters.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, edit the name and remove the forward slash character in the client that you created the folder in.

You can add the forward slash character to the folder on the IMAP server by using a Microsoft Windows Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express client.
