When you are running Terminal Services with multiple clients (for example, you may have Citrix clients with Citrix Serverfarm), you may receive multiple error messages on blue screens that are related to Win32k.sys. The following error message may be displayed:
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xf7f7f7fb, 0x00000000, 0xa0033dd0, 0x00000000)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA address 0xa0033dd0 in Win32K.sys
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a problem in Win32k.sys.
