OL2002: Printing a Message Prints Extra Blank Pages Before the Message Body Appears (281043)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2002

This article was previously published under Q281043

SYMPTOMS

When you print a message from Outlook 2002, you may receive extra blank pages before the page with the message body is printed. Also, the message header does not completely print in the center, making it appear clipped.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have too many recipients on the To line. The pages that precede the body of the message do not contain the rest of the header because it has been truncated.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
