To synchronize information manually: - On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, and then click Microsoft Exchange Server.
To automatically synchronize information whenever you quit Outlook: - On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.
- Under When Outlook is Online, click to select Perform an automatic send/receive when exiting.
- Click Close.
