SUMMARY

When you use two or more accounts in a profile, the Accounts box displays different menus depending if you have Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor or not.

If you click the Tools menu, click Options, and then click to select the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box on the Mail Format tab, the Accounts box in a new message displays the following information:

<Account 1>
<Account 2>

NOTE: The default account has the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box selected.

If the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box is not selected, the Accounts box in a new message displays the following information:

<Default Account>
------------------------
<Account 1>
<Account 2>

To view the Accounts box, open a new message, and then click the Accounts button. The list appears below the Accounts button.
