OL2002: Canceled Meeting Still Appears on Resource Calendar (280854)

When you cancel a meeting by using the Send cancellation and delete meeting function, the meeting is correctly canceled, but it still appears on the resource calendar.
CAUSE
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
After the cancellation, on the resource calendar, the word "Canceled" precedes the meeting subject and Show time as is set to Free. This information remains so that you can see the nature of the canceled meeting.
