If you click Yes, the following message appears:
A clip that matches cannot be found.

CAUSE

  • Your logon user name contains double-byte characters.

  • A folder in the Application Data path (C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Catalog\Downloaded Clips\cl40\) contains double-byte characters.
For every double-byte character in the path, one character of the file name is truncated during the download process. MORE INFORMATION

This behavior occurs with East Asian versions of Microsoft Windows when either the user name or a folder in the Application Data path includes double-byte characters. When downloading clip art from the Design Gallery Live Web site, the file is stored in the application data path before it is inserted into your document. For example, if you are downloading a file that is named j0161284.wmf, and either your user name or a folder in the Application Data path contains double-byte characters, the file name will be truncated to j016128. In other words, it will be missing the file extension and the last character of the file name. The correct and incorrect path and file name are shown in these two examples:

Correct:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Catalog\Downloaded Clips\cl40\j0161284.wmf

Incorrect:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Catalog\Downloaded Clips\cl40\j016128
