SYMPTOMS

When you click Paste All on the Microsoft Office Clipboard, the items are not pasted into your document in the same order that they appear on the Clipboard.

CAUSE

The last item copied to the Clipboard is always displayed at the top of the Clipboard. When you click Paste All, multiple items are pasted in a "first in, first out" order. Therefore, the items are pasted in the opposite order from how they are displayed on the Clipboard.

MORE INFORMATION
