The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Visual InterDev 6.0
This article was previously published under Q280387 SYMPTOMS
When you move the mouse over the end of a line in an .asp or .htm file, Visual InterDev may fail (crash), and you may receive the following error message:
Instruction at (0x6c83fff3) referenced memory at (Ox6c83fff3). The memory could not be read.
CAUSE
When you move the mouse over text that is at the end of the line in Source View, Visual InterDev calls a function in which it accesses memory that is past the end of an array. If this memory is uninitialized, Visual InterDev crashes.
