Error Message "File Not Found: Bpc.cdf" When Installing WebTV Component (280044)

When you attempt to install the Microsoft WebTV component, you may receive the following error message:
File not found: Bpc.cdf
CAUSE
This issue can occur because the Bpc.cdf file is not included on the Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, when the error occurs, insert a Windows 98 CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive and continue. (You may need to change the path to point to the location of the Windows 98 source files.) The Bpc.cdf file is included on the Windows 98 CD-ROM.
