SYMPTOMS

When you play one of the Microsoft MechWarrior 4 games that is listed at the beginning of this article, the game may stop responding ("hang") and you may receive the following error message:
STOP: Scroll Lock pressed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you press the SCROLL LOCK key on your keyboard.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click Continue.

MORE INFORMATION

If you click Exit, you quit the game.

If you click More Details, you receive a more detailed error message.

After you click More Details, you can click Save to save information about your computer to a text file.
