When you attempt to create a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) carrier with the name "SMTP" or "HTTP," you receive the following error message:
A carrier or connector with this name already exists. Choose a different and unique name for this new carrier.
This behavior occurs whether or not there are any existing SMTP carriers already configured on the Mobile Information Server computer.
CAUSE
This behavior is by design.
