List Item Names Are Inconsistent in Site Resources in MMC (279574)

SYMPTOMS

In the Commerce Server Manager snap-in in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), the list of Site Resources items for a specific commerce site is different in the console tree than how it appears in the Details pane.

For example, if the console tree displays a subitem for Site Resources named "Profiles(<databasename>)" where <databasename> is the name of the Commerce Server 2000 database, the Details pane displays that same item as "Biz Data Service."

WORKAROUND

Although the item names appear different between the console tree and the Details pane, they still function the same.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000.
